Services

Technical capabilityfor industrial projects.

We take on clearly defined scopes of work and deliver them with qualified teams, structured preparation and documented results.

Services

Industrial Assembly

Assembly of industrial systems and production lines, from preparation to handover.

We take responsibility for clearly defined assembly packages within larger industrial projects. Before mobilisation we review the technical documentation, clarify interfaces with other contractors and plan the team, tools and sequence of work. On site, our supervisors coordinate daily work with your project management and report progress transparently.

Typical scope

  • Assembly of production lines and industrial systems
  • Relocation and extension of existing equipment
  • Work to assembly drawings and method statements
  • Shutdown and turnaround assembly work
  • Documented inspection and handover

Services

Welding — MIG / MAG / TIG

Qualified welding of pipework and structures in carbon and stainless steel.

Our welders work to the client’s welding procedure specifications on process and utility piping as well as structural welds. Welder qualifications are checked against the project requirements before work starts, and welding records are maintained throughout.

Typical scope

  • MIG 131, MAG 135 / 136, TIG 141 and MMA 111 processes
  • Carbon steel and stainless steel
  • Pipe spool fabrication and on-site pipe welding
  • Structural welding
  • Welding documentation and weld traceability

Services

Steel Structures

Erection of steel structures, platforms and supports.

We assemble steel structures for industrial halls, plants and technical buildings — from main frames to platforms, stairways, pipe racks and secondary steel. Our crews work to erection drawings and lifting plans, with bolted and welded connections executed and recorded according to the project requirements.

Typical scope

  • Steel frame and structural erection
  • Platforms, stairways and handrails
  • Pipe racks, supports and secondary steel
  • Bolted and welded connections
  • Work at height under approved safety plans

Services

Mechanical Installation

Setting, alignment and connection of industrial equipment.

Our mechanical teams install industrial equipment such as pumps, drives, conveyors, vessels and rotating machinery, including the piping connections around them. We also support planned maintenance and outage periods, where tight schedules and strict safety rules require well-prepared, disciplined crews.

Typical scope

  • Equipment setting, levelling and alignment
  • Installation of pumps, drives and conveyors
  • Process and utility piping connections
  • Industrial maintenance support
  • Plant shutdown and outage projects

Services

Electrical Works

Industrial electrical installation in support of mechanical and plant projects.

Our industrial electricians install cable routes, cabling and power and control connections for equipment and plant systems. Electrical work is carried out in line with the regulations of the country where the project is located, and its scope is always agreed in advance based on the qualifications required.

Typical scope

  • Cable trays and cable routes
  • Cable pulling, termination and marking
  • Power and control connections of equipment
  • Lighting and small power in industrial areas
  • Support during testing and commissioning

The scope of electrical works is confirmed per project, based on the required national qualifications and authorisations.

Services

Technical Personnel

Qualified specialists and complete teams for your own project organisation.

Where clients manage the work themselves, we provide qualified technical personnel employed by ProLead Group — individual specialists or complete teams with a supervisor. We verify qualifications before mobilisation, prepare the employment and safety documentation, and remain the responsible employer throughout the assignment, where this form of cooperation is legally permitted.

Typical scope

  • Welders, pipe fitters and mechanical fitters
  • Industrial mechanics and electricians
  • Steel structure assemblers
  • Site supervisors and HSE support
  • Teams composed to your project scope
