Project inquiries: name, company, e-mail, phone number, country, project location and the project information you provide.
Job applications: name, country of residence, profession, experience, languages, certifications, e-mail, phone / WhatsApp number, your message and your CV.
Technical data: when you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, which is necessary to deliver the website securely.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request and prepare a possible offer — on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with business partners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We process application data to assess your suitability for current or future positions, on the basis of steps prior to entering into an employment contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
Inquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then deleted unless a legal retention obligation applies.
