Who we are
A Slovak partner for European and Scandinavian industrial projects
We support industrial clients, general contractors and plant operators in two ways: as a subcontractor for defined work packages, and as a provider of qualified technical personnel for industrial assembly, welding, steel structures, mechanical installation and electrical works.
Our role is to take responsibility for a clearly defined part of the work: preparing it technically, staffing it with qualified people, coordinating it on site and handing it over with proper documentation.

Directly employed specialists in organised project teams
Our business model is built around specialists who are directly employed by ProLead Group. This includes experienced professionals from Slovakia and other EU countries, as well as eligible professionals from non-EU countries who hold the required permits to work.
Rather than placing individuals without structure, we organise our people into project teams with defined roles, supervision and responsibility. This gives clients a single accountable partner and gives our employees transparent conditions and a stable working environment.
